I have experienced many psychometric profiles both as coach and client.  They all have value in terms of developing self awareness.  However, when I came across Lumina Learning having completed their Spark and Emotion profiles, I was blown away by the insights that were on offer.  So much so, that I became a practitioner so that I could share the experience with others.
