...with individual clients: My coaching is informed by 37 years of professional experience in the public and private sector. I integrate a range of coaching approaches and use my intuition and curiosity to ensure that my coaching is relevant to the needs of my clients.
...with corporate (private, public and social sectors) clients: My consultancy includes coaching for both individuals and teams; training in a range of areas including how to apply a coaching approach to leadership and management; facilitation with groups in support of creativity; project and change management in support of efficiency and engagement (a subset of my clients at bottom right).
